Selected Construction Phase practices, such as value engineering proposals, represent an opportunity for a Tier-compliant design to be compromised. A team of consultants completes an on-site visit to confirm that the design has been adhered to throughout construction and to offer Operational Sustainability recommendations. Additionally, this consulting service includes assessment of staffing levels and expertise, infrastructure physical security protocols, documentation, processes, and procedures. This assessment is intended to minimize the downtime exposures associated with human factors and to establish a Critical Environment governance consistent with the availability objective. This service includes:
- On-site assessment of installed site infrastructure and Critical Environment governance
- Detailed deliverables include Findings, Recommendations, and recognition of Best Practices
- Return visit to ensure recommended modifications have been implemented appropriate to Tier and Operational Sustainability objectives
- Award of letter and plaque by the Uptime Institute
